A folded paper map, printed on both sides, and with an integral protective card cover. Mapping of Free State province is at a scale of 1:800 000, and occupies the first side of the map, along with an adjacent place name index. The reverse displays a large street map of Bloemfontein at a scale of 1:25 000, which also includes an enlargement of the city centre at 1:15 000, which shows the streets closely enough to provide traffic flow directions with more densely packed points of interest too. The street map is indexed for street names, making navigation easy. Both maps are tourist orientated, having many different symbols printed on the mapping, locating points of interest. Each map has a separate key to these.
