Nick is generally the one who will answer the phone as a first point of contact. He processes most orders so if you have a query on your order he’s probably your best bet for getting an answer!
He is a Land Suveyor by profession, a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MInst), and has a background in Local Authority highways. As site administrator, Tracy has the unenviable task of trying to keep on top of an ever changing website, doing her best to keep it up to date, adding new products and generally keeping it user friendly. If you find any problems or have any suggestions then please send her an email. Tracy also has the important role of keeping staff morale high which she achieves with a constant supply of cakes and biscuits!
